This session will help you get up to speed on how you can use data and analytics to drive strategy and show value to leadership and clients. For example, you’ll learn how to compare and contrast your social media analytics with your site data to build a highly accurate persona of your ideal customer, reader or prospect. You'll see how the more you know about your audiences, the easier it is to craft the right messaging and build rapport.
