Looking to increase your opportunities for coverage in today’s media landscape? Providing great video content may help you to land that next placement. But how do you create video that newsrooms can use without investing in expensive equipment? In this discussion, video experts and a TV producer will offer tips and tools to create quality content and pitch effectively with video.

This mini-session is the third of three events sponsored and presented by Tampa Bay Agency Leaders.

Meet the speakers:

Josh Carrasco, APR
Travel Sales Multimedia Specialist, AAA – The Auto Club Group

Josh Carrasco has an extensive background in broadcast news and sports, working as a photojournalist at three stations in New York, Central Florida and Tampa. For the last six years, Josh has been a member of AAA – The Auto Club Group, working with their Public Relations team and currently with the Travel Department, where he is the host and producer of AAA’s webcast series, Well-Traveled with AAA.

Josh has served PRSA Tampa Bay in a variety of leadership roles since 2018, including Sponsorship Chair, PRSA Sunshine Conference Board Member and Committee Chair, and Treasurer. Josh is currently the chapter’s President-Elect and will continue in his leadership role as chapter President in January 2021. 

Paula MacDonald, APR

Image Suite PR

Paula MacDonald, APR is owner/principal of Image Suite PR | Marketing | Media, a full-service creative consultancy based in St. Petersburg, Florida, serving clients nationwide in professional services, hospitality, sports and agricultural industries. A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, Paula’s experience in visual communications brings a storytelling perspective to her agency’s clientele.

Paula currently oversees the Accreditation and Agency Leaders’ sections for PRSA Tampa Bay and is the past-chair for PRSA’s Independent Practitioners Alliance section. She is also a student mentor in the Pinellas County Take Stock in Children program and board member for the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County.

Ryan Jenot
Producer, WFLA

Ryan is an innovative, creative journalist who produces the weekend 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts at WFLA, the NBC affiliate in Tampa. Ryan is a New England native who now calls Tampa Bay home. Ryan is a proud graduate of Northern Vermont University at Lyndon (previously known as Lyndon State College). Ryan lives in St. Petersburg with his fiancée Kelly and mini goldendoodle, Tucker.
